Connect & Discover:

We begin by understanding your vision, desires, and dreams. In our initial conversation, we’ll listen to your vision and project goals. We’ll engage in discussions, inquire about your preferences, and delve into how you intend to use the space. This will help us establish a preliminary budget range. We’ll also arrange an Initial Walk-through with one of our Project Managers.

Budget & Vision Walkthrough:

We align your dream with a realistic budget, providing custom solutions. During the walkthrough, we’ll take some measurements, to create a plan of your space. We’ll also document with photos and videos while engaging in a brief discovery session to guarantee a shared comprehension of your design preferences and requirements.

Design & Collaboration Phase:

This is the part of the ACR Process where your vision starts to take shape. We work closely with professional architects who can provide a set of plans made to your specific needs. By starting with professional plans and attention to detail, we ensure a solid foundation for a successful collaboration. Once we receive the full set of plans, our team will review them to gain a comprehensive understanding of your project. This phase represents the initial steps in your home remodel planning journey.

Agreement & Planning:

Careful planning aligns every detail with your goals. After our planning efforts, formulating the contract becomes a priority. Based on the plans provided, we will prepare an estimate for the total project cost and a detailed breakdown of the scope of work. We will tailor this list to your specific requests, ensuring transparency and accuracy. This phase is the transition from strategic planning to the execution of the project.

Build Contract:

We detail all aspects of the project in the Build Contract. Upon your approval of the estimate, we will proceed to prepare a contract for the project. The contract will outline the agreed-upon terms, including the scope of work, project timeline, payment schedule, and any specific provisions we discussed. Once the contract is signed, we will require a down payment to begin the work process.

Pre-Construction Coordination:

Our team sets everything in place for a seamless start. This includes various things, but the most notable are permit submission, and cost analysis.

Final Preparation:

• • We will compile and submit the finished plans, along with all necessary documents, to the appropriate village or municipality for permit approval. During this phase, we will also determine the permit fee associated with your project, streamlining the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• • To determine project-specific material costs and turnaround times, we will begin material takeoffs based on the approved plans. This step enables us to identify the necessary materials and analyze their associated costs to provide you with an accurate assessment.

• • Using the information gathered during the previous steps, we will adjust timeline for the completion of your project. It into account factors such as permit approval, material procurement, and crew availability, ensuring efficient project management.

Build & Create:

We focus on quality, dedication, and attention to detail. Ensuring a smooth financial workflow is vital to the success of your project. Before the project’s commencement, a substantial down payment will be required, aligned with the stipulations in the contract’s payment schedule. As the project progresses, we will continue to request payments as outlined in the contract payment schedule. For your convenience, these payment requests will be invoiced, providing a transparent record of all financial transactions related to your project.
