$2,500 through $4,999: $100 gift card

You will receive a $100 gift card for the projects referred within this bracket.

Typical projects include small bathroom updates, minor kitchen projects, painting for multiple rooms, replacement of doors and windows, basic landscaping projects, or smaller home repairs such as fixing a deck or damaged roofs.

$5,000 through $9,999: $250

We will give you a flat reward of $250 for each project you refer within this bracket. We value your efforts in bringing us new projects.

Projects this size are medium-scale kitchen remodels, basement finishing, full-room additions like sunrooms, driveways, and moderate landscaping updates.

$10,000 through $19,999: $500

We recognize your faith in our skills to tackle larger projects. For each successful referral in this range, we will reward you with $500.

Projects this size include full kitchen remodels with high-quality finishes, multi-room renovations, adding a new bathroom, larger-scale landscaping projects, roof replacement, or solar panels install.

$20,000 through $49,999: $750

We increase your rewards for these projects. For each referral in this range, we will pay you $750.

Typical projects include whole-house remodeling for smaller homes, building a garage, decks or patios with premium materials, installing a pool, extensive exterior work like siding replacement, or more intricate landscaping projects with features.

$50,000 through $99,999: $1,000

We value the trust you place in us by referring high-end projects. We will give you $1,000 for every project you refer in this bracket.

Typical projects include whole-house remodeling for mid-sized homes, adding multiple rooms or a second story to a house, major foundation repairs or basement conversions, large-scale landscaping projects that transform the entire property, or building large auxiliary dwelling units.

$100,000 and 199,999: $2,000

Your referral of such premium projects means a lot to us. In appreciation, we will reward you with $2,000 for each successful elite project referral.

Typical projects this size include new home constructions on the smaller side, large luxury kitchen and multiple bathroom renovations, major home extensions, larger auxiliary builds, installation of advanced home automation and security systems throughout the property, or extensive landscaping overhauls with intricate designs and premium materials.

$200,000 through $499,999: $3,000

Projects within this range are typically multi-family homes, townhouses, gated communities with shared amenities, luxury homes with extensive architectural designs, small shopping malls or retail centers, office buildings, hotels, or warehouses small hospitals, clinics with specialty equipment, boutique resorts, or private schools with advanced facilities.

Recognizing the scale and importance of these projects, we reward $3,o00 for every referral that falls into this bracket.

$500,000 through $999,999: $5,000

Typical projects are high-rise apartments with luxury amenities like pools, gyms, concierge services, or rooftop gardens, larger shopping centers, office parks, boutique hotels, or entertainment complexes like theaters or concert venues. Also included are medical centers specializing in certain treatments, research and development facilities, or medium-scale manufacturing plants.

As you bring such premium projects to our portfolio, we want to express our gratitude. For each successful referral in this category, we will present you with a $5,000 reward for your referral.

$1,000,000 through $4,999,999: $12,000

Projects of this size are exceptional and likely represent landmark developments, expansive commercial parks, or large-scale specialty complexes.

Your ability to refer projects of this size truly sets you apart. In turn, we offer a remarkable $12,000 reward for each successful referral.

$5,000,000 and above: $30,000

Typical projects this size are signature office buildings or skyscrapers, large luxury hotels, or conference centers. Business parks with multiple office buildings, large-scale industrial complexes, or warehousing and distribution centers. University campuses, major medical facilities, luxury resorts, or large sport complexes and stadiums.

Such legacy projects redefine our portfolio and our position in the industry. To honor your contribution to this transformative journey, we offer a reward of $30,000 for each successful referral.

Eligibility to quailfy for Project Partners in order to refer projects and earn money:

Participation in the Andronic Construction and Remodeling,(ACR) Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of ACR, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referral Qualification:

A referral will be deemed qualified only if it leads to a signed contract between ACR and the referred client and once full payment for the project has been received by ACR.

Referral Basis Clause:

All referral rewards and payments outlined in this agreement are contingent upon the successful completion and full payment of the first project initiated with the referred client. Subsequent projects or engagements with the referred client do not qualify for additional referral rewards under this program unless explicitly stated otherwise. The referrer is entitled to their reward only after the first project has been completed and payment has been received in full by Andronic Construction and Remodeling. Any modifications, add-ons, or extensions to the initial project will not alter the referral reward once it’s been determined based on the original scope and contract.

Tiered Percentages and Flat Rate Benefits:

Referral rewards are structured in a dual model, providing benefits based on the referrer’s tier level and the total project value. The reward is a combination of a percentage of the project’s value and a flat rate based on project size.

Payment:

Referral fees will be paid out within 30 days after full payment for the referred project has been received by ACR. Payments will be made via check, or direct deposit.

No Spam:

Participants must not send unsolicited emails and must not spam social media channels with referral invitations. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or suspicious activities will be grounds for disqualification from the Referral Program.

Limitations:

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. However, ACR reserves the right to withhold or adjust the reward if it believes, in its sole discretion, that referrals are not genuine, are procured using fraud, spam, or other unauthorized methods, or are in violation of this agreement.

Modification and Termination:

ACR reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Referral Program, its structure, rewards, or terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the participants to regularly check for any updates or changes made to the program.

Tax Liability:

All tax liabilities, if any, arising from the referral fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Participants are advised to consult with their tax professionals for any questions related to their referral rewards.

Liability:

ACR will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising from the Referral Program.

Governing Law:

The Referral Program is governed by and construed under the laws of Illinois. Any disputes arising from or related to the Referral Program shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Illinois, USA
